At Phi Gamma Delta, our mission is simple: to build better men. Rooted in our core values of friendship, knowledge, service, morality, and excellence, we challenge every brother to show up not just for himself, but for the people around him. Whether it's through our involvement in the San Diego community, the professional network we've built across every industry, or the genuine brotherhood we live every day, FIJI at UCSD is in a league of its own when it comes to shaping who you become in college and long after you leave.

Rushing FIJI was the best decision I made at UC San Diego. Within my first semester, I had already taken on leadership roles, built friendships I know will last a lifetime, and found a community that genuinely has my back no matter what. UCSD is a big school, and it's easy to feel lost in it — FIJI changed that for me. I'm proud to be a part of Greek life here, but I'm even more proud to call myself a Phi Gam.
